This document describes the TableToFile Mini Connector. Please read this whole document to have a good understanding of how this tool works.
Based on the configured settings this Mini Connector will save all the records of the selected table to an output file with the correct headers. There are different kinds of output methods that you can use which will be explained later in the document.
The use of this tool is at users own risk. The user understands that Scope4Mation is not responsible nor liable for any damages, unexpected results, costs or any other effect that might occur as a result of using this tool.
-Be very careful with the usage of this tool, read and agree the disclaimer above and be sure you know what you’re doing!
-Configure and save the tool configuration.
-Open a command prompt windows.
-Enter the full path to the executable file.
- Example: C:\Connectors\TableToFile\TableToFile.exe
-For the first argument add the name of the table between double quotes.
- Example: C:\Connectors\TableToFile\TableToFile.exe “Orders”
-Run the program to save all records to the output file including all column names.
-Repeat this for each table you want to save.
-The tool should be licensed by S4M. If there is no license available this will be reported in the logfile and it will fail.

True or False to include a DateTime in the output name
True or False; When True, it will use the logging server. More info can be found here.
We will give some examples of error message's you can get and how to fix them.
1. Missing License.
As you can see the Command line gives an Unhandled Exception: System.Exception: No valid License found. Solution: Contact Support for an License or a fix for the license.
2. Incorrect Value in the Config File.
If you get one of the following errors there is a value configured wrong in the configuration file.
