When this happens you need to make a change in the configuration file of the the ESB Agent and ESB Trigger.
- Stop all services by going to
Start > S4M Data Managerand clicking on
- If you can find the
S4M.Trigger.Host.exeprocess in Task Manager (Processes or Details tab depending on the version of your OS) kill this process by ending the task.
- Go to
INSTALLDIR\DMESB\Bin\Agentand open the
S4M.Agent.Host.exe.configfile in a texteditor (ex. Notepad or Notepad++)
- It's most likely that the value of the
ListenBaseUrlkey is defined like this:
- Change the
*into the hostname of the machine where Data Manager is installed. (Ex.
<add key="ListenBaseUrl" value="http://S4M-SRV2012:8802/"/>)
- Save the config file.
Follow the same steps as described above, but replace step 3 with:
- Go to
INSTALLDIR\DMESB\Bin\Triggerand open the
S4M.Trigger.Host.exe.configfile in a texteditor (ex. Notepad or Notepad++)
When the changes are made, the services should start like normal.
